I wish that I had written that poem. It is so beautiful. And reminds me of some of what I am learning (or again reflecting on) as I read about the life of Montaigne.
I’m so glad you all liked it. My favourite line is about standing still and stopping the sun. I sometimes say it to myself when I’ve been rushing about too much, either physically or mentally.
