Oh, I cried too. Isn’t it beautiful! Then I let my daughter (she’s 2) watch it, and she got very upset when he lost all of his books and words. I had to re-assure her that he would get them back and when he did, she was clapping!
I love the part when he must read the book to save it. Just loved it.
How wonderful that your daughter was so engaged. That speaks to the wisdom and charm of the animation and music. I loved the part when he read the book, when he started writing, and the balloons. It reminded me that writing and reading, we are part of something great and large.
