There is something about owls, and snowy owls, that just hits the spot for me. This photo was taken when it was -30C (which is about the same F). That is tenacity.
I love owls too, and that one is simply magnificent.
It’s a great shot. It must have taken patience or luck.
‘The Power of Flight’ – strength in grace and effortlessness, that’s what the picture made me think of immediately. And then I thought what gorgeous fluffy feathers it had!
Isn’t it? I’d like to see one myself, but not standing outside in -30.
